We like to use seasonal and support local

Pocketful of Stones was born in the cellar of a pub in London. Sat around a tiny copper still, two brothers tinkered with gin recipe after gin recipe. The dream was to get back to their roots, the outdoors and the ocean and produce something they were both passionate about. Caspyn was born.

THE FIRST BORN

Born in West Penwith, we’ve taken inspiration from the surrounding Atlantic ocean. Of all her moods it’s those clear, fresh spring mornings that please us the most. Crisp and refreshing served with tonic, charming in a Martini and captivating in a Negroni.Read More

Recipes

I may have mentioned before that we like booze. Our recipes tend to be on the boozy side of things but
if you prefer it a wee bit weaker then add less booze, simples.

  • “ Morveren Absinthe is a stunning addition to the Cornish craft distilling scene. It has a wonderful mouth feel and has a long lasting finish. Despite the whopping 66% A.B.V the finish is very smooth, with very little heat from the alcohol.”

  • What People Say

“The #CornishDry #gin reminds me of the seaside. It has a savoury nose, like seaweed or samphire maybe, citrusy with hints of spice.”

  • What People Say

“Most definitely a drink for the lazy hazy days of summer.”
